In order for us to really make a true impact, a lasting impact, I believe we need to create wealth. You're either a businessman, or you are the business, man, right. It's it's a position of literally being a threat to the enemy where the enemy actually knows your name. It's no longer being a begi person of care, but one prints from heavenly authority with audacity expecting God to move. So this is going to be fun. Riley and I are going to just tease out some different concepts, really, awakening invigoration, inside you have one two purpose to your wiring as a business owner, one who's got wealth, and then three, how to actually take that to the next level. appreciate the introduction. Man, this is gonna be a good time. I'm excited.
Yeah, super exciting. What I'd love to do is a tease out some different principles, some principles that you guys carry out in some of your mastermind, and then some stuff that we do, and how can we just kind of tease the concepts out together, one that you guys have is becoming the CEO of your own life. And that that's a huge concept. I mean, for the business owner, who's actually a CEO or an executive or a high level sells individual or even just back back to high performer, who maybe you're even you've you've performed in the fitness world, and you're getting into, you know, cells, you're getting into your own business. That concept is understood in many places. allocation of resources, allocation of time, and emotions and allocation of provision and protection and growth. But to make make it the CEO of your own life, we're talking about something way bigger. So we're talking about mental and emotional, physical and spiritual and financial all together. Share with me why that's so important. Why is it important that every single person, every single person who has a god given purpose, which you and I would agree that everyone does? If they have a God gave them purpose? Why is it important that they're the CEO of their own life? Yeah,
that's good. Blake. That's good man. Absolutely, I believe that we, as you know, as believers as Christians, that we are called to excellence and in all aspects of our life, and if we can take an approach, you know, approach life in that stance, I believe, you know, God's greatest gift to us is, is giving us life and eternal life, right. And our greatest gift to him, is to give him the ability to, to use us right with with that life. And so becoming the CEO of your life, why we called our events and our kind of mastermind groups that is, is really that it's that we are all, you know, a lot of people think of CEOs, as, as you said, like business executives, or you know, the C suite level, like in a fortune 500 company, or 100, companies, something along those lines. But that's, that's not really what we're getting at when we say CEO of your life. To be to be an entrepreneur, literally means to undertake. That's the root word. It's like, it's entrepreneur from the rain or something along those lines, I can't pronounce it, but that that literally mean the root word of entrepreneur means to undertake. And I believe that we have all been given the ability why we're on this earth is to undertake whatever it is that we have at hand, right? For some of us. You mentioned the five pillars that we really focus on. It's our mental health, emotional health, our physical health, spiritual health in absolutely our financial health, right. There's a reason why money and wealth and assets is spoken of 1000s and 1000s of times within the Bible, is that it's pretty important. Right? And I think a lot of Christians think that money is is, you know, we always hear the old money is the root root of all evil, which is so mistakenly quoted all the time, it says it's the love of money, because as as, in order for us to really make a true impact, a lasting impact, I believe we need to create wealth with there needs to be a Christian economy, there needs to be a form or a version in which we can feel good and not be judged or, or looked at differently or thought of differently as Christians to a mass Well, it's really what we do with it. That is that is the most important. And so when my business partner and I, Steve and I formed the Kings Council, that was really birthed out of this, this concept of becoming the CEO of your own life. Let's master the five power pillars mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and financial. And let's teach people how to leave that lasting impact on this earth. Not just for us, not just to, to leave a legacy right but to live our legacy. Right, you're in right now. And that's what we're doing within the king's Council.
Yeah, I love that one thing that you and I were talking about before this call was simply that. You know, the truth is, is that a real believer, a saint one that actually permeates that the life breathing activity of the king, it's hard to find that and it's, it's really hard to find that consistently inside the walls inside the church building. And so, you know, I really believe that those who actually have a fire in them are typically though if for even if it's just for business, if it's even just for business, they've built disciplines that actually built this, this religious discipline plan of success that had nothing to do with religious activity as in like, following Christ, but they've built a strategic blueprint of of their physical business, it's going to be those who are the easiest to activate, to fall in love with Jesus gonna be those that are the easiest to actually integrate their actual disciplines and turn that into their fire for conviction for life. I go back to you know, seeing Paul, and I think, where Paul was in these five pillars mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially, I go back, and I think, where he was, as as as soul as this one who actually killed 10s of 1000s of Christians. I mean, that was his business, he literally had this conviction, this resolve this discipline of the forsake law, when he broke free from that, he became audacious because he applied the same discipline he did, he literally transformed his his devotion, of loyalty. So yeah, that's so good. Because, you know, for those of you who are listening in the Solomon Investor revolution, this is what it's about, like, we are literally those the hands and feet, who actually have the ability to go build wealth to actually transform the world. So Riley, tell me more about the emotional and the mental side. Maybe if we're not a CEO of our own life, we're a CEO and other areas, maybe, but not in those areas. How does that affect us?
Yeah, absolutely. Like, so I'm going to just go back to what you said, you'd mentioned, Paul, in, you know, really, the, the conversion of salt to Paul, in this is solely my opinion on this matter, but I really feel God is looking for strong willed people, like people have strong willed that that install was the strongest of them all, like he was, you know, working for the other team for a number of, you know, years prior to, but the conversion where God just struck him in, you know, he went blind. And then he went on to become one of the greatest Christians of all time, that's not the leading like this, this next revolution. And that's what I really believe we're at a point right now, if you just look around in society, the world that we live in, like, we need some strong willed freakin warrior, amen. up to the plate right now. Right. And it's, in what I mentioned, as entrepreneurs and becoming the CEO of your life, like, this is where we're at, like we need this isn't being the CEO of your life isn't that person that just is a business owner or runs a company, it's like, you are, you're either a businessman, or you are the business man. Right. And if you are the business, own your life, take ownership of your life, have intention with it, from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep, you are the business and now what we do with it, the the the disciplines that you said that you put in place to operate in excellence in every one of those areas. That's up to you. Right, that that's God's God's given us this gift, it's us to be able to give back to him now and give him the ability to put those disciplines disciplines in place, and operate and walk out. Those five disciplines. The mental, emotional, physical, that you just mentioned, here, we'll talk about those. It's sometimes it's, it sucks, right? Like sometimes it can be a struggle, we're mentally just so much stuff. If especially if you're watching the mainstream media or anything like that, like mentally we can get down and that just ultimately leads to emotionally can get us down and then physically we don't want to do anything. We talked about the five pillars, but there one doesn't stand alone on its on its own. Yeah, I totally agree. They are connected. Our our, our emotion. I mean, I'm a firm believer that my motion creates and affects my emotion. First, right? If I'm feeling down or groggy or you know, just not just mentally I'm not in it. I need I know that I need to go hit the gym or I need to go for a run or whatever it is. Because that's going to affect how I operate in the other areas of my life, which, you know, emotionally or mentally, if I'm not in it, I know that I'm not going to operate, you know, to be able to go financially make the money that I know, that I've been called to make, or I'm not going to be able to operate, to dive into the world or spiritually, like, close one in the other. And if we put the disciplines in place, or the triggers in place, that that's going to cause us, you know, we're either the cause or we are the effect. And we need to be the cause that that creates the effect in our life. Really, yeah, those disciplines in place, as you'd mentioned, that's gonna allow us and set us up to operate in excellence in every single one of those five power pillars.
It's so good, you know, because if you don't, you have an option. But if you don't, it's the difference between you controlling life or life controlling you. So as a Christian, like, as a business owner, and Christian as a fire, believing real Christian, you actually integrate your disciplines of fitness, you integrate your disciplines of business building into your actual spiritual life, because the actual One who created you and gave you a purpose, he actually speaks. And so if you're not God directed, if you're not hearing the voice of God, everything else will fade away. I go back in my mind, I think about like First Corinthians three, verse one. It's so powerful guys. This is Paul, we're talking about Paul coming to salt upon experience. Now Paul's gone to Corinth, and he's actually pumped on full of this empowerment of this Dunum as this authoritative dynamite, explosive, Holy Spirit breathing message that he leaves and he, he gets word that they're not living it out. And so he says in verse one, three, verse one, he says, however, brethren, I could not talk to you as spiritual men, but as non spiritual in Homer carnal and are still infants on milk, and not yet on the meat of Christ. And two things I want to share on that is that that's that word spiritual is new, Marcus, new Marcos. And it actually means you were to be governed and sourced completely by the Spirit, not the flesh. And the other word, he says, but your non spiritual, he says, it's sarcos. And it means that you're portraying the flesh of Paul comes in, he says, I so badly wanted to share like the directions from heaven. Like the purpose God has the only give you more empowerment, which, which if you have capacity for faith, it can give you more wealth and can't just give you more wealth for wealth sake, where you'll turn bad and twisted and walk in the flesh. I want to give you so much more I want to have impact the world I want to give you the intimacy of Jesus, but you still want the milk, you're not governed or source by your emotions, and your mental and your physical and everything isn't sourced by the king, you're still sourcing your flesh. So I love the direction of the five pillars again, guys, so write this down mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial. And a lot of people are focused on one of those pillars. So my my gym rats, you got one pillar Good for you, my financial guys who are fat and got fat on their, their cell physically got fat on their emotions, they they drink their self to put themselves in a climate of good emotion or balancing motion, if you will. You know, you're okay, good for you. Yeah, one pillar. It'll all fade away. If you don't actually walk out that balance. So the CEO of your life, what is one key takeaway Riley that that someone if they if they knew this one takeaway, it would help them become the CEO of their own life?
Yeah, I mean, it starts with us. And oftentimes, what we found, I mean, why, why we've created the king's Council, it really has become I mentioned of movement before we hopped on here, it really has become a movement. Because I'm a firm believer that our alignments create our assignments, and every single time that I've leveled up in life, and what I mean by that is, you know, if you look in your, your inner circle, the five people that we interact with, right, and if you if you're looking around, and if you're not inspired by them, or if you're even the top dog in that inner circle, it's time to level up and surround yourself with bigger thinkers, right? Because our mindset is really our Perception is our reality, right. And some people's perceptions are different than others. And we all have different perceptions. But our perception is our reality. And if you need to, if you're looking around in your inner circle, and you're like, I'm top dog, I'm no longer really inspired, that that's, that's fine. But if you want to continue to grow, you mentioned earlier, you either are growing or you're dying, you're either progressing or you are regressing. And my goal is to continually progress and get better and better and better until the day I die. And if we can go at this with that mentality, and it's not necessarily that you need to shun those people, but there are either there's either bucket dippers, or there's bucket fillers in our life, right. And if people are constantly dipping their bucket into yours and pulling from it, you need to level up and go get refilled somewhere else. And why we created the king's Council is to create an alignment, a group of like minded people. And I say mindset, it's specifically because so many people try to surround themselves with like minded people, right? I mean, you want to get political, it's like the far left is only going to be around like minded people, the far right, it's only going to be around like minded people. Well, why can't they be like mindset ID focusing on we were all running the race, right, but we got to run the race to win. Like you said, first, first Corinthians, that's what we were all running a race. But we need to posture ourselves in that we run the race to win the like mindset, not necessarily we think the same way, let's think differently on things. But full well, knowing we are running this race for one purpose, we are an audience of one we're running to win for our audience of one. So we are alignments within the king's Council, we've aligned this tribe, this group, to to know that we are all like mindset ID to operate in excellence. And every single one of those components, those five pillars that you'd mentioned, knowing that through that some of our assignments have come out of that I've built some amazing relationships, business relationships, just my wife has has built relationships through people within this this King's Council, this tribe that we develop, surrounding yourself, leveling yourself up, getting yourself around those like mindset and people is going to allow you and are really open space for you to be able to continually progress and get better and better and better in every one of those five areas. So there's anything I would suggest for anybody is level up. And if that means you gotta, you gotta physically, to give you an example, the first time that I had this realization, I grew up in South Dakota, at the age of 15. there not a whole lot going on there. And I knew that in order for me to get around like mindset at people, I had to drive five hours, every single month, once a weekend, I would drive up to Minnesota where I live now to get myself around like mindset at people. And and then that allowed me to put myself in a position to level up. And once I once I reached top rank in that I had to hire a coach, I do invest money and paid to be around other people to level up. And I've done that in every every component in my life. Every time I had a, a leveling up experience was just simply because I put myself out there reached out to the right people. Heck, that's how kings Council was even formed in my alignment with with Steve Weatherford in informing this this tribe that we know, as I mentioned multiple times now of the king's Council.
Yeah, that's good. It's really good. It's a strong discipline of its regulatory for most people. Because if we just go through our different people, I mean, I think about our Solomon Investors who invest the boron capital in our real estate investments, and I mean, everyone's came in all over the place. Some were, you know, I'm satisfied. I've got, I've got what I need for my life. And God blessed me with what I've got. And the realization is like, they missed it. They literally didn't ever level, they stopped at a point and quit leveling up. And so they were at the top of their, their heat. And so is literally like, I'm good, I'm set. And that is such a broken mindset. There's never a place of I'm set, like the idea of like, you're to give 10% and that's your shirt. That's all you have to do. It's not about what you have to do. It's about who you're created to be. And so I love the direction that you guys are going and helping people level up. The realization is that man you have in this place, it's not about being set and like I'm good. It's about you got the internal strength of a gladiator and the ultimate power of God. Do you want to be on the field or on the bench? I mean, you have the sermon of the Holy Spirit where you can have effortless impact, like revealing, removing darkness and creating the light. It's not about like, going and hiding in your own hole and having your own, you know, great life, it's about actually having this massive impact. And so you guys are helping people transform the way they think you're helping them have a balanced life helping them actually see that, that you can't just have certain pillars, you've got to, you've got to actually care for your emotions, and your thoughts. And it would be a shame for you to have a thought about yourself that God doesn't have about you, in his head, right, it would be a shame for you to have a thought about you that God didn't have about you. And so the realization is, is that if we're going to be bold, if we're going to be authoritative and powerful, if we're going to utilize our money for good if we're actually going to transform our own families and our own legacy, if we're going to actually cleanse everyone around us, if we're going to be a domain that actually always takes victory, we're always going to have to be setting a higher bar and then modeling those above us. And so love that. One, what's what's a as we end what's a nugget of wisdom that you can give everyone they get challenged with a challenge you give everybody?
A challenge? Yeah, man. Usually my challenge is that is is looking in, in your around your circle. And, dude, if I'm the top dog, it's time to level up. And sometimes you might not even know really what that means or who that is, if that's where you're at. One of the biggest things, things that I always did when I ever hired like a coach, or even like I have a physical fitness trainer that I still go in workout with it. It's not that I don't know how to work out or I mean, right. I've been doing it for the last 20 years of my life, like I know how to lift away, right? But I invest money into it because I know if I'm gonna sew into somebody, I'm gonna reap right we this I mean, that's a biblical, it's, it's a law, you you reap what you sow, right. And so that's what I was looking for. And, and that being said, I was looking for if you're looking for something, if you know that man, I need a better relationship with my wife. If I need to make more money, I want to be a kingdom entrepreneur, I want to I want to sew into the Christian economy, which by the way, I mentioned this earlier, I want to get clear on what Christian if it's alright with you, Blake of like what flourishing economy means the Christian economy means if how many times money passes from one Christian to the next Christian to the next to the next Christian? Right in in virtually right now. It is non existent.

yes. Versus the the Muslim economy, right, or the Jewish economy, the Muslims will will sew into each other upwards 18 to 24 times before that dollar ever leaves the Muslim economy. It's a great point, the Jewish economy is between like 12 and 16 times before it ever leaves the Jewish economy. The Christian economy is lucky between a half to one time that it because we just were so blinded that man if we want to so increase a kingdom work Kingdom effort on this earth, let's continue to sell into other Christians and other believers and support what they got going on. Right? If I'm going to so if I want to invest into a boron like, or even something of the sort, why would I choose? Grant Cardone versus you, I'm gonna choose you 100% of the time, every single time because that's sowing into another believer like that. This is where we got to level up as entrepreneurs, and part of becoming the CEO of our own life, look where you're sowing not just your, your your dollar, but also your time, energy and effort. And so when I when I looked at when I was seeking out, okay, where do I need to level up? I looked for the fruit in that other person's life. And I thought, do I want that? And if I did, then I'm going to level up and reach out to that person. And that's how I was we were talking earlier I direct message Steve Weatherford because I was pretty good from the outside looking in on my life, financially. Pretty, pretty good, right? Like, my relationship with my wife was okay, you know, we're, we're getting through it, but I just saw like, the how he just his family, the relationship he had with his daughters and things. And again, it was like Instagram story. So it's kind of like, Is this real? You know, or is this just like, stuff, you know, but I dm dm and I was gonna check out like, I wanted the fruit that I saw in his life. And through that alignment, we formed an incredible relationship with which then birthed the assignment that I know is what is the movement that we've got created here with our coaching program and how we're taking You know, men, women, and families really through mastering those five power pillars. So, tip or what you had asked before is look for the fruit. If you're looking to level up, find the fruit that you're looking for, and then sew into them, and you will reap what you sow into.
So good, strong biblical principle, I challenge you guys to do just that call a timeout, cut the emotions that everything going on in your life, become what we call a third party consultant in the gladiator realm called becoming a third party consultant, where instead of going to a counselor, become the counselor and set yourself on the table and do exactly what Riley's saying, like, look at what you have, what fruits you have, decide what you got, make sure it's accurate, and then decide what you want and then find someone who is that.
